This is our agreement!

We can cancel our service immediately if any of the following happens:

• All services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the Service is fault free or fit for any particular purpose, or that our system is secure. You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the Service.

(You are responsible on all the hardware that has been used to install the internet (router/modem,lan cable), we are not replacing any gadgets that has physical damage or any upon checking by our maintenance team).

•  Service is available to your Unit only when it is within the range of your Wireless LAN.
• We reserve the right to immediately and without notice, suspend your access to the Service if we suspect that you are transmitting a virus or any form of malware thru our channels.
•  You do not use the Service for anything unlawful, immoral or improper.
• You agree not to resell or re-broadcast any aspect of the Service, whether for profit or otherwise. You accept that your entitlement to use the Service is for your Personal Use only and that you shall not be entitled to transfer your entitlement to use the Service to any other person or allow any other person to make use of the Service or of any username or password.
• The Internet that we provide is solely and strictly for Personal Usage only; we can immediately terminate your Connection once provided that you are using our service for sharing networks and profitable cause (pisonet,wifihotspot).
• Internet services may sometimes be interrupted or even unavailable due to downtime or maintenance issues by PLDT (ISP) even the power shortage, hence we are giving advisory for this matter, rest assured that we are monitoring our Internet all the time.
• FREE Installation Fee + 1500 one month security deposite (NO LOCKING PERIOD)
• All premises of the company such router will RETURN once you disconnected.

Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) if FIBER BREAK happens it will take up 1 to 2 days to repair (restoration) and it depends on the situation.

Notice: Delayed payment after specific due date for at least 5 days will cause immediate disconnection.
